Return & Exchange Policy

At Fluva, we want every customer to feel confident and comfortable with their purchase.

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged after use or if the hygiene protection has been removed.

Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted in case of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was received.

The item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used swimwear
Washed items
Items without original tags or packaging
Items damaged due to misuse

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In case of exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost unless the mistake was from our side.
