Fluva Sport (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates fluvasport.com and sells performance swimwear within Egypt. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and available online payment gateways.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Egypt only.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on location.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of swimwear, returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags still attached.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display our products. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product descriptions are provided in good faith and we reserve the right to update them at any time.
